1. The reception desk is open from 15:00 to 21:00. Day accommodation is from 15:00 to 11:00. The leased premises should be vacated not later than by 11:00.

2. The premises is rented for residential purposes. Renting for other purposes (advertisements, music videos, photo sessions, films) only after prior arrangement of the terms of the lease and the price. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 3,500 being imposed on the tenant.

3. The tenant is responsible for the actions and omissions of persons staying in the premises with the tenant.

4. In the event of deterioration, damage or destruction of the subject of the lease or common parts of the building, caused by the tenant, the landlord collects funds from the card provided during the reservation or the deposit to cover the costs of repairs of the damage caused by the tenant, to which the tenant agrees.

5. SMOKING is FORBIDDEN in the rented premises and in the entire building. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 1,000 being imposed on the tenant.

6. There is a quite-time curfew in the building between 22:00 and 6:00. In the event of a breach of the curfew by the tenant, the tenant will be obliged to cover the costs of possible intervention by the requested services and the loss of the deposit.

7. Only persons covered by the reservation may stay in the rented premises. Any events or meetings above the number of guests included in the booking are prohibited. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in the deduction of PLN 1,000 from the deposit. The tenant agrees to charge the credit card provided when booking or when paying the deposit only in the event of damage to the apartment, damage done by the tenant during the stay or failure to comply with the rental agreement.

8. In the event of suspected breach of this agreement or suspected crime or misdemeanor, the landlord has the right to enter the premises at any time.

9. The Lessor may terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of the Lessee's breach of the provisions of this Contract, in particular if the Lessee and / or the Lessee's accompanying persons: - they use the subject of the lease in a manner inconsistent with the contract, - destroy the rental object or its equipment, cause deterioration of its condition or its equipment above normal wear and tear, - disturb the peace and order of people using other apartments in the facility.

10. Guests under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will not be checked in and the booking will not be refunded.

11. Items left in the apartment after check-out must be picked up in person within 7 days of check-out, otherwise they will be disposed of.

12. A deposit of PLN 500 is required upon check-in. All Penthouse Apartments, Apartments with 2 bedrooms, Apartment with terrace there is a deposit of PLN 1,000. All Apartments with bathtub/hot tub near the Window deposit 1000 PLN is obligated. The payment is made by a physical credit / debit card. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted for security deposit blockade. Your deposit will be released in full by credit card after an inspection of the property on the day of check-out and the tenant has complied with all rental terms and conditions. Refunds may take up to 14 days from check-out, subject to pre-authorization procedures at the cardholder's bank.

13. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

14. It is forbidden to bring pets to the apartments. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.

15. It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to use wax candles.

16. When renting an apartment with a hot tub or sauna, before using the device the tenant agrees to read the instructions and regulations for its use which is posted in the apartment.

17. The reservation fee, parking fee, and any other purchased amenities are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL FEES

1. Parking: 70 PLN / night
2. Late Check Out: is possible prior check-in desk confirmation until12 p.m. for a late check out fee of 200 PLN. Failure to check-out at the times specified above will incur a fine in the amount of the fee for the next night’s stay, which does not mean extending the stay.
3. Late Check In: Between 21:00-23:00 is an additional charge of 100 PLN. Possibility must be arranged prior to arrival and confirmed by our personnel. Late check-ins after 23:00 are not possible.
