A deposit of 500 is required as a hold on the tenant's physical card at check-in. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted.

The premises are rented for residential purposes. Rental for other purposes (advertisements, music videos, photo sessions, films) only after prior agreement of such possibility and rental conditions.

Only persons included in the reservation may stay in the rented premises. It is forbidden to organize parties, gatherings, smoking, use wax candles, or bring animals into the apartment.

At check-in, the tenant is required to show a valid photo ID and a card for the deposit hold. Minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
