At check-in, you must present a photo ID confirming your identity. Check-in takes place at the Quorum Reception at Sikorskiego 13 in Wrocław. A deposit of 500 or 1000 PLN is required at check-in. The 1000 PLN deposit applies when booking an apartment with a jacuzzi or hydromassage bathtub. The payment is made with the tenant's physical credit/debit card. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted for deposit blocking. Smoking, bringing pets, and using wax candles are prohibited in the rented premises and throughout the building. Only persons included in the reservation may stay in the rented premises. If you arrive with children, they must be indicated in the reservation. Renovation works are carried out in other premises in the building.
The premises are rented for residential purposes. Renting for other purposes (advertisements, music videos, photo shoots, films) only after prior arrangement and agreement of rental conditions.
